Pal Lee have done an absolutely fantastic job throughout our major renovation and rebuild. We have just finished and have been highly impressed at every stage, from first receiving a clear and competitive quote through to the final detailing. The work included removing walls and inserting steels and a complete overhaul of all wiring, flooring, windows and continued through to the installing TVs and even helping me build furniture (forever grateful!). I hired Pal Lee in my role as a designer and project manager so had to be particularly strict when it came to standards as the apartment was then for my client; I did not need to worry at any point. They often picked up on small details I had missed and their standards were above and beyond what I could have hoped for. The final result is exceptionally good and so very professional in every aspect. I felt throughout that I could pick up the phone and anything I needed done or answered was, immediately, and with a great attitude. Their way of dealing with any inevitable issues, usually us adding works, was so calm and positive.
